The main goal of this jobholder is to govern and support the established SAP FICO template as well as provide technical expertise and consulting for future enhancements.
The jobholder will be responsible to support the global business needs of the company while working in a small team. As such, the expectation is that the successful candidate will have the ability to work pro-actively and semi-autonomously where required.
The jobholder will also need to possess a broad business knowledge that makes them capable of liaising effectively with Stakeholders, SAP Business Process Managers and operations across the various global locations. The distribution of expertise needed is equally divided between Finance and Controlling.
Main tasks:
- Maintenance and support of existing SAP FICO landscape.
- Optimization of future system & process landscape.
- Potential introduction and roll-out of the template to future global sites.
- Support in the area of Finance
- New General Ledger/Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Banking/Fixed Assets/Month End Close
- Support in the area of Controlling
- Profitability Analysis/Product Costing/Cost Center Accounting/Project Systems (PS)/Internal Orders/Material Ledger/Month End Close
- Make decisions related to CoE Support where necessary
- Project Management / Business Requirement gathering
- Execution of Global IT Governance / Standardization
- Facilitate Power Users integration into their Future Support Role (Business User support)
- Relationship building with Business Process Sponsors / Regional Head of Business Team Leads
- Create / maintain SAP Application Catalog template to keep current on business requirements
- Support VIM solution
