Your responsibilities

  • Establishment of a database with a standard machine sheet for all BGEU assets
  • Development of possibilities for the reuse of assets in BGEU
  • Setting up a cost database for assets
  • Controlling capital expenditure from a technical perspective
  • Strategic planning for new equipment together with Purchasing
  • Recommendations for the need for investment projects
  • Transparent capacity planning for BGEU, in particular for RFQ, target and opportunity business
  • Review of best practice approaches for OEE improvement
  • OEE triggering in BGEU plants
  • Support for capacity management with regard to capacities and plant utilisation
  • Development of OCU reporting together with capacity management
  • Other tasks as assigned

 

 

 

 

 

Your qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience acquired in-depth knowledge of capacity planning and production control
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes
  • Technical/business studies, possibly successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training with further training, e.g. master craftsman (male/female) or technician (male/female) or work administration (male/female)
  • Knowledge of lean methods, in particular OEE and shop floor management
  • Technical know-how
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with ERP systems (AS 400 / Xpert / SAP), in particular calculations, parts lists, work plans, requirement capacity planning
  • MicrosoftOffice
  • Reliable, independent and team-oriented way of working
  • High level of self-motivation and resilience
  • Analytical thinking
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel
