Our Bloomsburg, PA facility is recruiting for a Mechatronics Technician.  The Mechatronics Technician will safely and properly follow all process instructions and procedures for all equipment.

Your responsibilities

  • Work on the production equipment with consistent accuracy and knowledge
  • Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
  • Operate machinery correctly and maintain it 
  • Troubleshoot/repair machinery issues and enter work orders
  • Work cooperatively with the other team members to meet goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Observe all safety guidelines 
  • Follow all written and verbal instructions
  • Attend all safety and production trainings
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
  • Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends

Your qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Journeymen/Mechatronics certification 
  • 2+ years’ experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred
  • Flexible schedule and able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
  • Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
  • Current forklift certification a plus
  • Able to operate large industrial machinery
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
